Dispatch

After you pay, we confirm your order and the expected dispatch date by phone or email.

Shipping charges

Any shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. The amount you see is the amount you pay.

Damaged in transit

Please check the parcel when it arrives. If it is damaged, photograph it and contact us within 48 hours so we can raise a claim and arrange a replacement.

Returns

If an instrument arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will repair, replace or refund. Returned items must be unused, complete and in original packing.

Warranty

CIE-brand instruments carry a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Vartech instruments carry the manufacturer's warranty, which we help you claim.

Refunds

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay and normally reach your account within 5 to 7 working days.
