Prices and GST

All prices on the store include GST at 18%. The tax invoice shows the GST split: CGST and SGST for deliveries within West Bengal, IGST for other states. A GST tax invoice is issued for every order.

Payment

Payment is taken in full at checkout through Razorpay (UPI, cards and netbanking). An order is confirmed only after payment succeeds.

Changes

Prices, specifications and availability may change without notice. If we cannot supply an item you have paid for, we will contact you and refund in full.

Liability

Instruments must be used for their intended purpose by competent persons following the safety instructions supplied. Our liability is limited to the price paid for the instrument.

Disputes

These terms are governed by Indian law. Courts at Kolkata, West Bengal have jurisdiction.
