The Systems Tech HTM 590 is a handheld contact type digital tachometer. Pressed against the end of a rotating shaft with a rubber contact tip, it reads speed from 60 to 50,000 RPM, and with the peripheral tip it reads surface speed from 6 to 5000 m/min. A 5-digit red LED display, quartz crystal time base and automatic last, maximum and minimum memory make it a dependable service and maintenance tool for motors, fans, pumps and belts. It is supplied with male, female and peripheral rubber contact tips, reflective tape, a padded carrying case and a user manual.
